6 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Amboseli Budget Safari

Early morning game drive to catch predators and other wildlife during their most active hours, followed by breakfast at the camp. After breakfast, proceed for more game viewing or opt for a full-day game drive with picnic lunch.

Spend the day exploring different parts of the reserve, including the famous Mara River, where you may witness the Great Migration crossings (seasonal). Expect to see the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as cheetahs, hyenas, wildebeests, and various bird species.

Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, you may opt for a visit to a Maasai village to experience the local culture (optional). Later, depart Masai Mara and drive towards Lake Nakuru, passing through scenic landscapes of the Rift Valley.

Arrive at your hotel in time for check-in and relaxation. Lake Nakuru is famous for its flamingos (seasonal), rhinos, and diverse birdlife.

After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and drive to Amboseli National Park via Nairobi, enjoying views of the countryside along the way. Arrive at the camp in time for lunch and check-in.

After some rest, proceed for an afternoon game drive in Amboseli National Park, known for its large herds of elephants and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Capture incredible photos of wildlife set against the mountain backdrop.

Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch for a full day of game viewing in Amboseli National Park. Explore the park’s open plains, swamps, and acacia woodlands where wildlife is abundant.

You may spot elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and a wide variety of bird species. Enjoy your lunch in the park while taking in views of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting).

Continue with game drives until late afternoon before returning to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out and depart Amboseli for Nairobi. Enjoy a scenic drive through the countryside with views of local communities and landscapes along the way.

Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and be dropped off at your hotel or airport, marking the end of your 6 days Kenya budget safari.
